Does my character need more flaws?

I think maybe you need at least one negative aspect to show a different side of her maybe promiscurity (although that would be highly in-appropriate for a princess especially at 13) maybe selfish, cruel, heartless, vain, no empathy. In my opinion you should have at least one nasty personality trait so she doesn't appear bland
