Will it ever be feasible to use some sort of countermeasure when it comes to electronic warfare?

Most countries are at the moment vulnerable to sophisticated cyber warfare but are taking measure to counter the threat and so trap doors and other countermeasures and counter-hacking techniques are probably things they'll be looking into.
