I have a question about dance lessons for teens?

You are not requesting the impossible, I started dance classes with no prior experience at 31 (3 years ago). I would try to call different schools, maybe expand the search area if you are looking within 5-10 miles of the house, maybe go 15-20 and hopefully you will find a school that will take a beginner.
