Does it sound like i broke my nose?

i'm a competitive cheerleader, and my flyer came down in a double down(she twisted really fast towards me). she elbowed me in the nose, and i heard a crunch. it hurt A LOT instantly. i started crying, and the pain was the worst thing ive ever felt, (and ive gotten hurt a lot. im kinda a klutz). anyhow, its about 32 hours later, and its still swollen. it hurts when i barely touch it. It isn't on the bridge of my nose however, it is on the right side. it hurts when i touch anything near that nostril. it didnt bleed, but it does hurt a lot!! does it sound like i broke it? if so, what should i do?! i keep taking ibeprofin and advil, and ive iced it 3 times, yet nothing is helping!
