Does he like me or not?

okay so i like this guy (lets call him Chris) and he's been so confusing. At first i thought he liked me because he was always talking to me, teasing me, texting me, etc. then my friend told him i liked him and it got... well... awkward. so we kinda stopped talking for a while and he started implying that he liked my friend (ironically, the one who told him i liked him.). and now he's talking to me again and teasing me a little about being "blonde" (im a natural klutz). oh, and he's been counting how many blonde moments ive had since i broke my curtains ;). he also sat next to me in drama with all my other friends while we were working on our monologues and he decided to read mine out loud to the whole table. does he like me or not? i mean he's been kinda on and off about it... i mean its okay if he doesnt like me, im just really confused :/ what do you think?
