Is this a deviated septum?

Ok, so I accidentally got punched yesterday (don't ask, I'm a klutz) in the nose. The side that was hit was *my* left. It bled for a good 10 or so minutes. Today, all day, the right side of my nose has felt almost stuffy and off center, however, it still looks straight in the mirror. It's also black and blue near the middle of my nose (where I got hit). Could I have a deviated septum, or is it temporary? Thanks x
