Best anti-frizz shampoo and conditioner for long wavy/curly hair?

I want ones that tame frizz AND help your hair feel soft. I've found ones that make my hair soft, but still frizz is a problem. The herbel essences one sucks. Aveeda made my hair feel soft but not less frizzy. I have wavy/curly decently thick hair, and I need a not super expensive shampoo and conditoner that will help my frizz! Please only comment if you know of some, and preferably if you have my type of hair.
