How do I uninstall the update for my evo 4g phone?

Yesterday I installed the new update for my Evo 4g phone. I soon realized that it doesnt give me the option to sync peoples contacts to facebook anymore. All online directories are gone, so now no one's picture pops up when they call or anything. I would just like to get my phone back to how it was before, or at least get facebook back on! Can anyone help me out??!!!
