Little help for a girl with hairy arms...?

It comes back thicker and darker 'cause when the razor cuts the hair, a little stub is left behind, and it grows back that size, continue shaving = thicker hair. I was going to say waxing.. Sigh, hm, Just try the cream for graduation? Shaving is a no-no. Smooth away, no clue what that is, but if it gets rid of the hair & you don't mind, i'd say go for it.
