I am a complete klutz...help?

Ok so long story short, i'm watching my friends house while she is out of town. I went down into the basement to feed the fish. It was pitch black and the light switch is on the other side of the room. Her mom had been there the day before looking for something and left a box in the middle of the room. I fell over it and put my left hand threw an antique grandfather clock. My left hand is full of cuts and scratches. There is also a cut from the base of my index finger to the bottom of my palm that looks sorta deep. Do I need to get stitches or just put some band aids on it? Also i'm bleeding pretty badly and I have a condition where my body doesn't make enough blood...help please normally I would just call my mom but she is in a business meeting right now
